Arriving to Chile

Upon arrival at Santiago from international destinations, passengers are kindly advised to retrieve their luggage. Subsequently, they are required to undergo customs and SAG (Agricultural and Livestock Service) inspections before continuing to the National Terminal (Terminal 1) for their connecting flights to Concepción.

Important information for passengers with connecting flights to Concepción: Please be aware that you must check in your baggage again at the designated check-in area on the third floor of Terminal 1 in Santiago. It is essential to note that baggage cannot be checked through directly to Concepción from abroad under any circumstances. Hence, please make sure to complete the necessary check-in procedures for your onward journey to Concepción.

Upon arriving in Concepción, passengers will disembark at Carriel Sur Airport (IATA code: CCP). This airport is conveniently located just 8 kilometers to the Northwest of the city, making it easily accessible for travelers.

From the airport to the city center

The transportation options available include taxis, airport shuttles, car rentals. Fares for these services should be paid to the authorized agents located at the baggage claim area.
